Buying CPU

Actually I am helping my brother to search a 2nd hand CPU.

My bro just burned his CPU(a celeron tualatin 1.3GHz) without overclocking it. I am wondering how can he do that? O_o

So guys I having hard time for searching this CPU even I went to lelong.com or lowyat.net to search for them.

here are the CPUs I am searching, I only need one of them.

Celeron 1.3/1.4GHz Tualatin

or

Pentium III 1.3/1.4GHz Tualatin

So guys if u got any friends want to sell it please post ur offer here. I am looking at a price range below RM100.
