Uncle's shop on Strike!

This Monday June 20 was just an ordinary Monday….At morning 8.am as usual, my uncle was going to his office to work, …open his shop…when he is about to go in his office….something surprise him. SOME BLODDY BUSTARDS WITH SOME “S.W.A.T TEAM” skills BREAK in to his office yesterday mid-night!!

That morning I about to go to register my new Hand phone number at a Maxis service partner near my uncle’s shop. The news about my uncle’s shop spread very fast to the whole street. O_o…sigh…..bad news always spread very fast. Well, since I am not in a hurry to register my phone number…so I hang around there to busy body a bit lah, :-P….there are 2 police inspector + 1 forensics inspector arrived to the crime scene earlier than me. Ehh…I must be missing some part of the “show” -_-..oh well, nvm…..then I approach my uncle while he is having some discussion about the break in last nite with the officer. It seems that the thief or thieves (we don’t know how many of them actually) break in from behind of the shop wall. They make a hole at the wall that is along with the toilet, I went to the toilet and have a look….it seems the hole is right beside the toilet bowl……that hole is about 1 foot height X 2 feet width. That means u have to crawl on the toilet floor & the toilet bowl in order to get in from outside…..Ewwwwww! THAT is DISGUSTING! How dare u crawl inside that toilet, Mr. thief! .... Ewwwwwwwwwww!!! Then I saw a computer (CPU) sit right beside me….it was scratched, it seems the thief was trying to get this CPU out through that hole, but the computer casing is just too big for that hole. HEHE …..Guys, my personal advice, next time when u buy a new PC…try to buy a BIGGER casing, it serve its purpose. :-P

After that, I walk inside the office, there were documents scattered everywhere…. oh What a MESS! Drawers were all broken…money inside the drawers were gone. There was a big 10 cm tick safe box…it is broken also…wahhh… It seems the thief use welding tools to weld the safe box…..hmmm they sure have some skills ….could it be done by OXY gang? I really don’t know …I was told that my uncle, he lost a notebook, a digi-cam, and a lot of money…may be 20K.…..Then I saw all the office staffs were wearing gloves to do their work….hmmmm…..I knew that…must be the officer told them not to leave their own thumb print at the crime scene. I won’t leave mine here also… then I saw the forensics inspector is collecting thumb print the thief left…by using the same powder + a brush thingy. Hey….it is the same like CSI in the TV. I am watching a real world CSI here :-D

I went back to the officer where my uncle is……I ask the officer normally how many thieves involve in this crime. He said it would be at least 2. After some discussion…..blah blah blah….my uncle found out from other people that they think the thief break the wall by using a lorry jack. (A thing to jack a 20 ton lorry up). By putting the jack vertically, the thief can use it to jack the wall. O_O Imaging he is putting 20 ton of force onto that wall….definitely the wall will break under this kind of pressure.

Then I walk to the back of the shop where the wall was broken…..the forensic inspector was already there collecting evidence. Spill some powder….then use the brush to collect the thief’s thumb…I am not sure whether he got the thumb or not. Yeah, another CSI: show :-P

Well that’s all for today…I went to the maxis and continue to register my new hand phone number….end of my story

Hair Cut!! O_o

Yawn.....zzzzzz..sleepy I'll keep my story short. -_-

Today is a very nice Sunday. My Dad had his hair cut, my brother had his hair cut. I also had hair cut! >_>

Most importantly! My Shih Tzu dog had his hair cut ALSO! :D

Now my doggy got a new look. He has a very cute looking. Too bad I cant share him with u because it is HARD to take his picture! Very naughty guy! And my digi cam also no battery. :P

The rich and poor

bleh...nothing to write recently....I guess I share about the rich and poor story.


Few months ago, I attended a preview of investor course. It was a very interesting course. I learn a lot of thing about the benefit of becoming an investor. It taught me how people fail to become a rich man. People hardly can save over 50% of their salary, some of them even spend all their money.

if you are able to save at least 25% of your salary( I prefer 50%), and use those money to grow more money, in another 10 years you can support yourself even without working!

I remember he taught me, in this business world there are 4 types of people. Two of them fall into poor catagory, two of them are rich.

The employee, and ...*ahem ( I forgot what is it) -_- are always poor. Why? because as someone's employee, your profit are depend on other people. The employer employ you to help him to earn more money. <--rich people get richer %&$#@!!

Business man and investor are the people that are rich. (apply only to sucessful ones).

my friend's uncle running his own business with a monthly net profit about 50K into his pocket. Another friend's uncle who worked as an executive years ago only earn 6K, he quited and start his own business, now he can earn twice or triple.

Investors are the people who use money to grow money. That is soo simple! No need to work!! I want to be investor also! The preview course taught me hor, got few types of investor, I'm only interested in share market and property lor.

Share market is abit high risk, even you are experience, you still cannot win all the time. Yesterday KLSE share up! Lion Corp Share up 20%!! Damn! RM10 become RM12, RM100 become RM120. RM1000 become RM1200!! if I put 1K earn 200 already very nice lor!

Property investment is quite safe. The problem is not many people got 100K. The best is to get a job, use money to grow money in share market first.Once you got enough money to buy a house, you are basically on track. Watch your money start rolling in from rental, sale n purchase.

Friend's uncle earn 100K in 5 days by purchasing a house. <--100K in 5 days, no need to work liao lor -_-

btw, DO NOT invest ur money on cars first. Car's value depreciate every year. Spend your money on an old car or kancil or something cheap if you really need a car. :)

Anyway the real course will start in another 2 weeks, I cant wait to attend it. Must be alot of things to learn. $$
